Most pool problems can be narrowed down from a couple of photos. When they can't, the visit is a full diagnosis with a price you know in advance.

    A photo of the water and one of the equipment pad, plus a sentence about what's happening. We reply with what it most likely is and what it will take.

  2. On-site diagnostic

    $139

    If it needs hands on the equipment, we come out and check the whole system: flow, pump, filter, heater, sanitation and automation.

  3. Quote, then repair

    You approve first

    You get a written quote for parts and labor. Nothing is ordered until you approve and pay for the parts.

Green pool recovery

Shock, brush, vacuum, filter cleaning and follow-up testing until the water is clear and balanced.

Equipment diagnostic

$139

Pump won't prime, heater won't fire, salt cell error, low pressure or high pressure. We find the cause and quote the fix.

Filter cleaning

from $149

Cartridge or DE filter teardown, cleaning, inspection of grids and o-rings, reassembly and pressure check.

Weekly service

from $229/mo

Available once the pool is fixed and balanced. Testing, chemicals, brushing, skimming, baskets and filter checks.

About parts. Pumps, heaters, salt cells and filters are quoted separately at cost plus installation. We order only after you approve the quote and pay for the part, so you never pay for something you didn't agree to.
